We recommend building up a lot of steam in your shower first. Take the Shower Steamer into the shower and place on the shower floor or somewhere the water can reach it. Do Not place directly in the stream of water or the tablet will dissolve too fast.
***NOT FOR USE AS A BATH BOMB! Because of the high concentration of menthol and essential oils, these shower steamers are not appropriate for the bathtub.***
