We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each order for delivery.


Order Processing


All orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.


Our processing timeframe allows us to prepare, package, and fulfill orders with the attention to detail our customers deserve.


Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


During promotional sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be necessary.


If we are unable to ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you regarding the delay and provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.


Shipping Rates


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order details, and available shipping methods.


All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before your purchase is completed.


Domestic Shipping


Shark City Naturals ships to eligible addresses within the United States.


Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will depend on the shipping carrier, service selected, and destination.


Shipping transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.


Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Shipping Delays


While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, occasional shipping delays may occur.


Carrier-related delays are generally outside our direct control. However, we are happy to assist with investigating delivery concerns.


We will honor any customer rights or remedies required by applicable law.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses


Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking your mailbox, delivery area, and with household members.


If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


We carefully package our products to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition.


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, when possible.

- Clear photographs of the affected items and packaging, if available


We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


The requested reporting period does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.


Multiple Shipments


In certain circumstances, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.


If your order requires more than one shipment, tracking information will be provided when available.


Shipping Restrictions

Shark City Naturals reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the requested destination.


If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be notified and refunded the applicable amount.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preferences, or individual product results.
